American Express Service Centre

Our American Express Service Centre is located at C-333 in the Dja Apartments. This is in Sector-13 of Dwarka, which is a big residential hub in New Delhi. It is a bit unusual to have a service centre inside an apartment complex, but it works for our needs. The address is C-333, and you have to go through the main gate of the Dja Apartments to get to us. The security guards usually know who is coming for the office. Inside, we have a clean but simple setup. It is not a huge floor with hundreds of people. It is more of a focused environment where we handle our specific service tasks. Dwarka Sector-13 is a pretty organized area compared to other parts of Delhi, so the surroundings are relatively calm. We spend our days on the computer, dealing with various requests and keeping records. The apartment layout means the rooms are separated, so different teams have their own space. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually bring our own food or order from the small shops nearby. It feels a bit more like a community here than a big corporate office. We just do our work, talk to the residents sometimes in the hallway, and keep things moving. It is a very straightforward way of running things in New Delhi-75. We don't have any big neon signs or fancy lobbies here. We just stay focused on the tasks.
