Our office is at H-19 in West Sagarpur, which is a part of the Janakpuri area in New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops squeezed together. The building isn't very large, but we’ve made it work for our BPO operations. We have rows of desks with computers and headsets where everyone sits. It gets quite loud during the peak hours because everyone is talking at the same time, but you get used to the hum after a while. The air conditioning is usually running full blast to keep the equipment from overheating, especially during the summer months. We don't have any grand lobby or reception area; you just walk in and you're right in the middle of where everything happens. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a quick rickshaw to get to work. Janakpuri is a familiar place for us, and we’ve been in this West Sagarpur spot for a good while. We spend our shifts looking at data or talking to customers on the phone. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a simple, hardworking environment without any of the fancy stuff you might find in a big corporate park. We just focus on getting through our daily targets and keeping things running as smoothly as we can from our little corner of Delhi.
