Cap Tab Blisters

We are located in the T.T.C. Industrial Area over in Turbhe. Our spot is C-210. It’s a real industrial zone, so don't expect any gardens or nice views. It’s mostly metal sheds, trucks, and the sound of machines running. We make blister packs here. It’s the kind of work that keeps your hands busy. The machines are big and they make a lot of noise, so you have to talk loud to be heard. We’ve got a good crew of people who know how to handle the equipment. It’s not the kind of job you learn in a day. You have to watch the plastic and the foil and make sure it all seals up right. If the temperature is off by a little, the whole batch is ruined. So we spend a lot of time checking things. The air in the unit gets warm because of the heaters. We have some fans going, but it’s still a hot job in the summer. We take our breaks together and usually just talk about the day's work or what's for dinner. It’s a simple life. We get the orders, we run the machines, and we ship them out. The roads around Turbhe can be rough with all the heavy trucks, but we’re used to it. We just keep the production line moving however we can.
