Being tucked away behind the police station means we don’t get all the direct noise from the main streets, which is a bit of a relief. The arcade itself is a regular commercial building with different shops and offices. Our space is functional and simple. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through our schedules and making sure the supplies are handled right. We’ve got a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It’s not uncommon to see the person who handles the accounts also helping out with some boxes if needed. We like the community feel of Sector 23. Most of the local shopkeepers know us, and we know them. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don’t spend time writing out big plans or missions. We just wake up, come to Hira Arcade, and see what needs to be done for the day. It’s honest work, and we try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible for ourselves and anyone we deal with. We just focus on the pharmacy work. Sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes it’s frantic, but we stay behind the police station and get the job done.
