Our office is at No. 50 Shelter Archade, Plot No. 26 in Sector 42, Seawoods, Nerul. Being in Seawoods is nice because the air feels a bit fresher than in the main city. Shelter Archade is a decent building with a mix of different offices. We at Lavina Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. occupy a small part of it. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few computers where we track our pharmaceutical batches. We aren't doing anything glamorous; it’s mostly just making sure the logistics and the paperwork for the medicine are all in order. The walk from the station isn't too bad, so most of us commute that way. We don't have a big polished boardroom or a fancy coffee machine. We usually just use the kettle in the corner. The sector is growing, so there is always a new shop opening up nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the construction around Nerul. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and distributors. The office can get a bit messy with all the sample packs and brochures lying around. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes every hour, so we just tidy up ourselves. It’s a straightforward way to work. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home before the evening rush on the trains. It’s a plain office in a quiet part of Navi Mumbai, and that suits us just fine.
