You will find us on the 4th floor of Samruddhi Venture Park, which is on Central Road in the MIDC area of Andheri East. This is a very busy part of Mumbai, filled with offices and industrial units. Being in MIDC means we are surrounded by other businesses, which gives the place a very active energy. We are a pharmaceutical company, and we’ve been operating from this floor for several years. The building is modern enough, and having an elevator that actually works is a plus. Our daily routine involves a lot of meetings and keeping up with the regulations of our industry. It’s a lot of paperwork and digital filing. We have a decent-sized team here, and we all share a common work area. It’s not a fancy open-plan office with bean bags; it’s just a place where work gets done. Andheri East is great for logistics, although the traffic on Central Road can be quite a headache in the evenings. We try to time our deliveries to avoid the worst of it. We don't have any grand statements to make about our goals. We just show up, manage our pharmaceutical projects, and head home. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a close-knit group of people just trying to do our jobs.
