We’ve been working out of R-266 in the Rabale Midc Ttc Industrial Area for quite some time now. Tinita Engineering Pvt. Ltd. isn’t some big, flashy corporation. We are just a local group of people who show up every day to get the job done. The industrial area can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it, with all the trucks and the constant hum of machinery. Our building is pretty standard for this part of Rabale. Inside, it’s mostly tools, workbenches, and whatever project we are currently tackling. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting room. Usually, you’ll just see someone in work clothes who can help you out. The morning starts with tea and a quick look at what needs to be finished. We deal with all sorts of engineering tasks, some simple and some that take a bit more thinking. The air is often filled with the sound of metal being worked on. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we feel most at home. We’ve seen the seasons change from this spot, and we know the other shop owners around the block. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or big promises. We just look at the drawings and get to work. If there’s a problem, we fix it. That’s how we’ve always operated here in the MIDC. It’s a practical life, and we are fine with that.
