Jadhav Engineering Services

Jadhav Engineering Services is based in Ghansoli, over at G-21/303 in Sector 09. We are quite close to the New Bombay City School, so we hear the kids during their break time every day. Our workspace is small, just a part of the building where we keep our tools and parts. We mostly do repair work and maintenance for people in the Navi Mumbai area. It’s a lot of tinkering and figuring out why things aren't working the way they should. The place is usually a bit cluttered with half-finished projects and spare parts lying around on the shelves. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign out front. Most people just know our name or they find us through word of mouth. It’s just a few of us working here. We have our tea together in the mornings before we start the day’s tasks. Sometimes we have to go out to a customer's site, and other times people bring their things to us. The commute in Ghansoli can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we are used to it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it done properly. It’s simple work, but it requires a bit of patience when something is being stubborn. We’ve been at this for a while and we don’t plan on changing much.
