Polytech Engineers

Our workshop is located over in the TTC Industrial Area in Rabale, specifically at R-883. Being in the MIDC zone means it’s pretty loud and dusty most days with all the trucks coming in and out. Polytech Engineers has been operating out of this spot for years. We do a lot of the technical and mechanical work that you’d expect from an engineering outfit. Most days start early because the heat gets a bit much by noon in these sheds. We have our machines lined up and the guys know exactly what needs to be done. It’s not a quiet office job, there’s always the sound of tools and metal. We usually have lunch together in the small break area we set up in the corner. It’s nothing fancy, just some plastic chairs and a table. The road outside can be a bit of a mess during the monsoon, but we manage to get the deliveries out anyway. We’ve seen a lot of businesses in Rabale come and go, but we’ve stuck around at this R-883 address. Dealing with parts and repairs is what fills our time. There’s always a stack of blueprints or work orders on the main desk. It feels like a real working space, not some showroom. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us and try to get home before the evening traffic peaks. It's a busy life here in MIDC.
