Farohar Engineering

Being in the Rabale MIDC area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. Farohar Engineering is located at Plot R-574, and it is a typical industrial setup. It’s dusty, there is the smell of metal in the air, and we are usually working under the hum of machines. Navi Mumbai can get quite humid, so the shed can get a bit stuffy during the summer months. We handle engineering jobs, mostly fabrication and repairs. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of suits; we are just guys in overalls trying to meet deadlines. The trucks come and go all day, picking up finished parts or dropping off raw materials. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We have been at this plot for a while, and the neighbors are all doing similar work. There is a sense of community in the industrial estate. We don't have a polished website or a big sales team. If someone needs a part machined or a structure welded, they usually just call us or show up at the gate. We keep the machines running and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long when a big project comes in. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure things are sturdy before they leave the shop floor. That is how we have always done things here, and it seems to work.
