At Plot No. R-523 in Rabale, things are always moving. Accupack Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of the TTC Industrial Area, surrounded by other sheds and warehouses. Our main focus here is putting together the packaging machinery that other businesses need for their products. The floor space is usually filled with half-finished frames and stainless steel parts waiting to be bolted on. It’s a lot of manual work, checking measurements and making sure everything aligns right. We don't have a big marketing department or anything fancy; it’s just the engineers and the assembly crew. Sometimes a client comes by to see how their machine is coming along, and we just show them the progress on the floor. It can be quite dusty with all the construction happening nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the equipment. Lunch is usually spent together at the small canteen down the road or eating tiffins in the shade. The work can be repetitive, but there’s a certain satisfaction when a machine finally runs smoothly after hours of tweaking. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the engineering right so the machines don't break down the moment they leave our gate. It’s a busy life here in MIDC, and we just take it one day at a time without much fuss.
