We are located in Igatpuri, which is a bit different from the big city rush of Nashik. Our office is in the Jai Yogeshwar Society, right on M G School Road. It is a pretty straightforward spot to find if you are familiar with the 422403 area. We are at 228-6, and it’s a place where things move a little slower than they do in Mumbai or Pune. The school road gets busy when the kids are coming and going, but otherwise, it is a decent place to work. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons dealing with the technical side of building. Being in Nashik district means we see a lot of rain during the monsoon, which usually slows down the work on-site, so we spend more time inside the society office then. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We do not have a fancy corporate office with glass walls; it is more like a regular house converted into a workspace. It feels more comfortable that way. People from around the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask about what we are working on next. We just try to keep things moving along without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical way to run a business in a town like Igatpuri.
