Our office is situated over on Nashik Road, right in the Indira Housing Society. If you know the area, we are very close to the Datta Mandir Stop, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. We are also just behind the Sadhguru Hotel, so it is quite easy to tell people where to go when they are coming to visit us for the first time. The team here works on housing projects around the Nashik area. It’s a standard office setup where we handle the daily grind of construction management and property dealings. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is a lot of back-and-forth with builders and local residents. We have been in this spot for a while now, and it feels like a part of the neighborhood. People stop by to ask about new developments or just to sort out their housing documents. We don’t go for anything too flashy, just a practical space where the work happens. Dealing with houses means we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to people about their future homes. The proximity to the hotel and the temple stop means there’s always some activity nearby. It’s a convenient location for the staff too, as the transport links on Nashik Road are pretty good. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand each day. There is always a lot to do with the housing society matters and site visits that keep us busy.
