D. S. Land Developers

We are over here at the Shatrapati Shivaji Shoping Center, right at Gala No. 21. If you know the Old Agra Road in Pimpalgaon, then you’ve probably passed by our spot plenty of times. D. S. Land Developers has been part of this area for a while now. We mostly handle things related to land and plots. It’s a busy part of town, and we like being right in the middle of it where people can just drop in. Usually, someone is around the office if you need to ask a question about a piece of property. We don't really do the fancy office thing. It's just a regular space where we sit and get the paperwork done. The shopping center is easy to find. Most of the folks around here know us by name because we’ve been working on these local projects for years. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on Old Agra Road, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with land can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, so we just focus on doing our part day by day. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the entrance. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping out with the land stuff here in Pimpalgaon.
