Rohit Construction

Rohit Construction is based at 1 Abhishek Apartment. We are located in Nakshatra Colony, which is tucked behind the Prasad Mangal Karyalaya on Gangapur Road. It’s a ground-floor apartment that we’ve used as our main office for a long time. It’s very convenient for the staff and for any laborers who need to drop something off. Inside, you’ll find the usual things you’d expect at a construction office. There are stacks of blueprints on every flat surface and a few samples of tiles or bricks sitting in the corners. It’s not a polished showroom. We spend a lot of our time out on different sites, so the office is more of a landing pad where we coordinate our weekly schedules. There’s a small desk near the entrance where we keep our logbooks and keys. We don't have any fancy software to track everything; we still do a lot of things by hand or with simple spreadsheets. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for when there’s a big wedding at the Karyalaya nearby. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all known each other for years. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t have set meeting times or long briefings; we just talk about what needs to be done as things come up. It’s a practical way to work, and it seems to suit us just fine. We just try to get the jobs done without any fuss.
