Our office for Nashik Infrastructure Developers Ltd is located in Poddar House, right on Lane No. 3 in Patil Colony. Being near College Road means we’re in a pretty central part of Nashik. It’s a nice area with a lot of activity, and we’ve been here for a good number of years. We focus on infrastructure projects, which basically means we spend our time looking at plans and dealing with construction details. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays with materials or weather, but we stay at it. The office is a bit old-fashioned, filled with blueprints and various files stacked up on desks. People stop by to ask about new projects or just to check on progress. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. There’s always something to do, whether it’s visiting a site or sitting through meetings with planners. We don’t go in for flashy presentations. We just show what we’re working on and try to get the jobs finished. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on here at Poddar House. It feels good to see buildings go up.
