Nasik Infrastrucrure Developers Ltd operates out of Kulswamini Bunblw, which is situated in Mangalmurti Nagar. We are right next to the RTO Colony on the main Nasik Pune Roar. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside our gate. We’ve been set up in this bungalow for a while, and it feels more like a home-office than a corporate building. We handle various development tasks and construction planning from here. The spelling of our name on some documents is a bit unique, but that’s just how it’s been recorded over time. We work on local projects and try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the construction industry. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and checking on site schedules. Being near the RTO means it’s easy for people to give directions to our place. We aren’t really interested in being the biggest company around, just in doing our part for the local infrastructure. The staff here is small and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, from answering the phone to filing paperwork. It’s a practical way to run a business. We see a lot of people coming and going because of the location, which keeps things interesting. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the current projects without making too much of a fuss.
