Voices Hr

Voices Hr is located at Pooja Apartment, specifically units 2 and 3. We are part of the Atmavishwas Society in Indiranagar, Nasik. It’s a nice part of Maharashtra, and the 422009 area is pretty easy to navigate. Our office is basically a couple of apartment units that we use for the business. It makes the whole place feel very cozy and less like a sterile office. We have a lot of files and resumes stacked up because we do a lot of hiring work. There are some chairs for people to sit on while they wait to talk to us, but it’s nothing fancy. The walls are mostly bare, except for some calendars and a clock that’s a few minutes fast. We spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out where they might fit best. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or mission statements hanging around. We just try to be helpful and get the work done. The staff is local, so we talk about local news and the weather over tea. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a small team in Nasik working out of a residential building, doing our daily tasks one by one. It can get a bit loud when we have a lot of interviews, but we manage.
