Nasik has changed quite a bit over the years, but Old Tambat Lane still feels like the heart of the old town. We’ve been operating Ma Foi Mgt Consultants Ltd from house number 1776 for a while now. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything, just a practical space where we handle management stuff and help local people find work. Most mornings start with a quick tea from the stall down the street before the phones start ringing. The office gets a bit crowded with files and resumes stacked up on the desks, especially when we have a big hiring project going on for a client. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to figure out where their skills might fit best. It’s mostly just sitting at computers, making calls, and looking over endless stacks of paperwork. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud and the horns are constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. The staff here knows the local area well, and we’ve seen plenty of people come through these doors looking for their next step in life. We don't have any big corporate slogans posted on the walls or anything like that. It is just us doing the daily work of consulting and keeping the records straight for our files. There’s always someone coming in to drop off a document or ask a question about an opening. We keep the doors open and try to get through the work together.
