Matrix Call Net

Matrix Call Net is located in Flat No.12 at Space Mercury on F Road. It’s right in the Mahatmanagar area of Nashik. Working out of an apartment makes the atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate building. We have been in this part of Maharashtra 422005 for some time. The office is basically a few desks set up in the main room and some computers. There is always a lot of chatter because of the nature of the work. You can hear the sounds from the street outside sometimes, especially in the afternoons. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day, mostly over the phone or computer. It gets busy, and sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit when it's hot out in Nasik. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door of Flat 12 and someone will let you in. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle for coffee breaks. It's a tight-knit group here. Everyone knows how everyone else takes their tea. We just focus on getting through the daily list of calls and emails. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra fluff. We like being in Mahatmanagar because it’s close to where most of us live, so the commute isn't too bad.
