Ashoka Buildcon Limited, Nashik

Ashoka Buildcon Limited is based out of Nashik, and our office here is actually at Mr. V. D. Udas’s place in Vishnugupta Housing Society. We are at Flat No. 3. It’s situated on Dindori Road in the Panchavati area, which is a pretty well-known part of town. Gorakshanagar is a nice spot to be. Working out of a housing society means we see the neighbors every day. We aren't in a massive skyscraper; it’s more grounded than that. We focus on construction and building projects, which is funny because our office is just a regular flat. You’ll find us surrounded by blueprints and files most of the time. The 422 003 zip code is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a practical setup. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the buildcon business from this Nashik location. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery, or sometimes it's someone coming to discuss a project. We don't have fancy titles or a dress code here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on site progress from our desks. Panchavati has a lot of history, and we like being part of the local fabric. It’s a straightforward operation. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with big construction jobs.
