Heritage Personnel Placement

We are located over at Flat No. 2 in the Ravi Kiran Apartment building. It is right near the Gurudwara in Manmad. Our pin code is 423104, and we are in the Nashik district of Maharashtra. It is a fairly quiet spot most of the time, although you can certainly hear the sounds from the street if the windows are open. We spend our time on personnel placement, which basically just means we help people find work and we help businesses find the staff they need. It is a small office in an apartment building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a big corporate company. We have a few filing cabinets and a phone that rings a lot more than you would probably expect. Manmad is a big transit point for the trains, so we see people coming through from all over the district looking for opportunities. We do not have any big signs or anything flashy outside. Usually, it is just a couple of us here making phone calls and checking through applications. We try to be as helpful as we can because we know that looking for a job is a stressful thing for everyone. We know the local businesses around here quite well. It is not a glamorous job by any means, but it feels important for the community. Sometimes we get a bit behind on all the filing, but we always catch up eventually when the phone stops ringing.
