The Vadala-Pathardi Road has developed quite a lot recently, so there is more traffic than there used to be, but Ramnagar still feels like a neighborhood. Mogara Bungalow is easy to spot once you are on the right stretch of road. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just a handful of us managing the daily schedules and making sure the study materials are ready. We spend a lot of our time just sitting around the tables discussing different business topics or helping someone figure out a problem. It’s a very practical environment. We don't care much for formalities here. If the lights are on and the gate is open, we are probably inside working on something.
