Vastulaxmi Builders Private Limited

Vastulaxmi Builders Private Limited is based out of Nandgaon in the Nasik district. You can find us on Yeola Road. We aren't located in the big city, so our way of working is a bit more relaxed and personal. We build houses and small commercial spots for people in the surrounding taluka. Our office is a plain building right on the main road, and it’s usually quite dusty from all the trucks passing by. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us and a few local workers who have been with us for a while. We know most of our clients by their first names, and they know us too. Work around here depends a lot on the seasons and the local economy. We don't make any grand promises about changing the world; we just promise to build a solid structure. Most of our time is spent driving between different sites in the district, so the office is often empty for parts of the day. We deal with local suppliers for our bricks and cement. Sometimes things move a bit slower out here than they do in the city, but we get there in the end. We value hard work and being honest about what can actually be done. It’s a quiet business, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the community here. There is no corporate polish, just people trying to build stuff.
