You can find us at Omkar Apartment, specifically Flat No. 1, which is right near the Samaj Mandir in BhabhaNagar. We are a Nashik-based construction outfit. Being located in BhabhaNagar is convenient because it is a nice local area and we are close to most of the places we work at. We started this because we wanted to build things our own way without all the corporate overhead you see in the big cities. The office is small and we mostly just use it for meetings or to sort out the payroll. Most of the real work happens on-site where the noise is. Nashik is a great place to be a builder because there is always something new happening. We see ourselves as just regular people trying to do a decent job with every project we take on. Sometimes we have long days when a deadline is coming up, but that is normal for anyone in the building trade. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we have built in the past and asking us to do something similar. We like it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. If you are walking near the Samaj Mandir, you might see our sign or one of our trucks parked nearby. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on going anywhere else.
