Vaastu Elite Llp

We are located over at Sr No 143/6, not too far from the Godavari area in Nasik. Specifically, we are in the Makhamalbad part of town. It is a place that still has a bit of a local feel to it, even with all the new buildings going up. Vaastu Elite Llp is just a small firm that handles property and housing matters. We don't have a huge staff or a fancy reception area. Usually, it is just one or two of us in the office making sure everything is in order. Being near the Godavari means we see a lot of the natural landscape of Nasik, which is a nice change of pace. Our work involves a lot of looking at land and checking local regulations. It can be a bit dry sometimes, but it is what we do. The office itself is pretty simple—just some chairs, a big desk for looking at plans, and a place to keep our files. We are not interested in sounding like a big multinational company because we are not one. We are just local people who know this part of Nasik very well. People come to us when they want to know about plots or new developments in Makhamalbad. We try to give them the facts and let them decide for themselves. It is a steady way of working. We deal with the heat and the dust like everyone else here. It is just a regular local business doing its thing.
