Usak Propcon Private Limited

We’ve been based out of Rushiraj Regency for a while now. If you know the Gangapur Road area, you probably know the Vidya Vikas Circle; we are right near there on the fourth floor. Usak Propcon Private Limited is really just a group of us who know this part of the city well. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork and taking calls about different plots and buildings. It isn't always glamorous work. Some days the elevator in the building is a bit slow and we just end up taking the stairs. We handle a lot of property matters, trying to keep things organized for people who come to us. It’s a busy office but we try to keep it friendly. Most of the folks working here have lived in this area for years, so we know the shortcuts and which blocks are getting better. We don’t have a big fancy reception or anything, just some desks and a lot of maps and files. Sometimes we get caught up in long meetings that go nowhere, but that’s just how the property business goes in a place like this. We just want to make sure the work gets done right so people don't have issues later on. It’s just us, working away near the circle, trying to make sense of the local real estate market every single day. We stay late some evenings when the workload piles up, but we usually grab some snacks from the stalls downstairs to keep us going.
