TVHM Developers LLP has its home at Plot No 67, which is part of Survey No 882/3 in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a bit of a specific address, but that is how things are laid out in this part of town. Rajiv Nagar is growing, and we are right there in the middle of it. Our office is more of a practical hub than a place for showing off. We have a lot of dirt on our boots most of the time because we are out on the plots checking on things. Inside, it is mostly just desks covered in papers and maybe a few old calendars on the walls. We don't have a big staff, so if you call, you are probably talking to one of the people who actually does the work. It’s a bit dusty around here with all the new construction, but we don’t mind it much. We spend our time looking at site plans and making sure the boundaries are where they should be. It isn't a glamorous life, but it is honest work. Sometimes we sit around and talk about how much the neighborhood has changed since we started. We are just local developers trying to do a decent job on the projects we take on. There is no corporate manual here; we just figure things out as we go and try to keep our heads down and work. It is just a regular office for a regular building business.
