Techreum Infrastructure Private Limited is located over at Tulsi Park in Shivaji Nagar. We’re on Jail Road in Nashik, which is a pretty well-known area. The office is at number 7, and it’s where we do all the boring stuff like payroll and planning so we can do the interesting stuff out in the field. Nashik is a great place to work, though the summer heat can be a real pain when you’re standing on a construction site all day. We focus mostly on infrastructure, which means we’re often dealing with roads, bridges, or larger scale projects that take a lot of coordination. Our desks are usually covered in technical drawings and schedules that we try our best to stick to. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city authorities and various contractors. We aren't a polished corporate firm; we’re just a bunch of people who know how to manage a project without losing our heads. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a supplier running out of stone, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just the nature of the business. Most of us have been in construction for years, so we’ve seen it all. We like being in Nashik Road and being part of the local scene. It’s a solid job, and we take it one day at a time, making sure the work gets done.
