SWD CREATORS AND CONSTRUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate SWD Creators and Construtech Private Limited out of Flat Number 7 in the Sapta Shrungi Apartment building. It is located in Bhabha Nagar, which is a fairly well-known part of Nashik. Working from an apartment gives the whole thing a bit of a different feel than a corporate park. It’s a lot quieter, for one thing. We have converted the main rooms into workspace. There’s a kitchen area where we make our own coffee and tea throughout the day. It’s a small team, so we don't need a massive floor. The stairs up to the flat are a bit narrow, and the building has that typical residential look. We have some blueprints and papers spread out over the tables. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how we know we are actually getting things done. The neighborhood is nice, with some trees along the road and people walking their dogs in the evening. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the flat number and our company name on a small board. Most of our neighbors are just regular families living their lives. It’s a grounded place to work. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing either. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a simple setup in a good part of town, and it suits us just fine.
