Sunanda Projects Private Limited

We set up Sunanda Projects on the first floor of Classic Arcade in Nashik. We actually take up a few units there, from C-6 through 9, which gives us enough room to breathe. Nashik is a great place to be based, especially with all the growth happening around here. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand employees. We’re a smaller team that handles project work across the region. The office in Classic Arcade is where we do all the heavy lifting in terms of planning and logistics. It’s not a very fancy place, just a functional office with plenty of desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve seen how the industry in Maharashtra has changed. We don't put out a lot of advertisements or try to sound bigger than we are. Mostly, we just work with people we know or who have heard about us from others. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines approach, and the office stays open late into the evening. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of things. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to drop by and see how their projects are coming along. It’s just a normal business trying to do honest work in a busy city. We like what we do and the people we do it with, and that's enough for us.
