Up in Malegaon Camp is where we have our base, specifically at 1199-C in Gayatri Nagar. It is a bit of a distance from the main Nashik city, but Malegaon has its own pace and we like it here. Suleshwar Developers is a small firm. We focus on local development projects around this area. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools and maps. It gets quite hot in this part of Maharashtra, so we usually start our days early before the sun gets too high. We are not a big corporate developer with fancy ads. Most of the people who know us just come by the office in Gayatri Nagar to talk. We spend a lot of time on the ground, looking at plots and figuring out where the next small project will go. It is practical work. Sometimes we are dealing with land leveling, other times we are supervising a small crew. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build things that stay standing and serve the people in Malegaon. The camp area is a busy spot, and being right there in 1199-C makes it easy for us to stay connected with what is happening. It is a straightforward business, run by people who live right here in the community. We just take things one project at a time and try to do what we said we would do for the folks here.
