Our office is set up inside Aditya Bunglow, which is part of Dhareshwar Park in the IBP Colony area of Nashik. It feels a bit more like a home than those cold, stiff office buildings in the city center, which is something we really prefer. We work on all kinds of construction projects around the city from this location. It is a relatively quiet spot, and that helps a lot when we need to focus on complex blueprints or look over the budget sheets. We handle the day-to-day operations of the buildcon business, which means we spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on how the work is progressing at the sites. Nashik is growing incredibly fast lately, and being in the 422013 area puts us right in the middle of many new developments. We don't really use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and try our best to keep everything on schedule. Some days involve a lot of driving around to different plots of land, while other days we are stuck behind our desks all afternoon. We like the pace of life here in Nashik. It is busy but not completely overwhelming. There is always a real sense of accomplishment when a project finally comes together after months of planning and hard work.
