You can find us at Plot Number 19 in Kirti Nagar, right here in Manmad. We have been operating S.M.Umbare Construction from this spot for a while now. It’s a straightforward construction business. We don't have a fancy office building; we just work out of this plot where we can keep some of our equipment and handle the main business tasks like payroll and ordering materials. Manmad is the kind of place where your reputation matters more than a glossy brochure or a sales pitch. We focus on local jobs, mostly small buildings and infrastructure work that needs doing in the neighborhood. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and ledger books, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time out in the sun at different work sites, so the office is mostly for when we need to escape the heat and get the billing done. It is a family-style operation where everyone chips in when things get busy. We aren't interested in being some huge corporation with branches everywhere. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us and make sure the work lasts for years to come. Sometimes we run into issues with getting materials delivered on time or finding enough labor, but we always find a way to work around it. It’s just how things go in this line of work. We keep things simple and honest, and that seems to work best for us.
