We are based out of Prachiti Apartment in Mahaveer Nagar. It’s flat number one, so we’re right there on the ground floor. Vakhar Bhag is a decent area to work from, and it’s where we do all our planning for the building projects we take on. It’s a small office, mostly just a place to meet and go over the numbers. We aren't big on fancy decor. There's usually a stack of site reports on the table and maybe some leftover lunch. We’ve been working in development for a while, mostly focusing on residential stuff. It’s a lot of work coordinating with laborers and making sure the materials arrive when they’re supposed to. Sometimes they don’t, and that’s when things get stressful. We try to be straightforward with people. If a wall is going to take another week, we just say so. There’s no point in making up stories. Most of our days are spent out on the sites anyway, checking the progress and making sure the quality is what it should be. The office is just for the paperwork side of things. It’s a family-style environment here, nothing too stiff. We know the neighbors and they know us. We’re just trying to build homes that people can actually live in without issues. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep moving forward one project at a time, making sure each step is handled before moving on.
