Our office is based at H-51 in the MIDC area of Satpur. It’s an industrial part of the city, so it’s not exactly a scenic location, but it’s where a lot of the work happens. We handle property development and construction projects. Most of our days are spent going back and forth between the office and various building sites. We have a lot of dusty boots around the entrance because we’re always out in the field. The office itself is pretty simple—just some tables for blueprints, a few computers, and a lot of files from past projects. We aren't the kind of developers who build massive skyscrapers; we focus on more local, practical buildings. We’ve been operating in Satpur for a good while, so we’re familiar with the local people and how the land is. Dealing with contractors and suppliers can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we’ve built up good relationships over the years. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished image. We just try to get the work done as steadily as we can. It’s a lot of small details and paperwork, but seeing a building actually get finished is what keeps us going. We’re just a small team of people who know how to get things built. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the job that needs to be done every day.
