You can find us over at Madhav Apartments, right near Mico Circle on Trimbak Road. It’s a central spot, so we get a lot of people walking in. We provide labor services, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people. Our office is on the ground floor, and it’s usually pretty full of folks looking for work or contractors looking for a crew. It’s a simple setup with just a few desks and a lot of logbooks. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep track of who is available and where the next project is starting. Some days are really quiet, and we just sit around drinking tea and waiting for the phone to ring. Other days, it’s complete chaos with everyone needing workers at the same time. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we know most of the local laborers and their families. We try to be fair and get everyone a shift when we can. The traffic at Mico Circle is always a bit much, and the noise from the road comes right into the office. We don't mind it, though. It feels like we’re right in the middle of everything. It’s a practical business that helps people find work and helps businesses get their projects finished on time. We don’t do any big marketing; we just rely on the word of mouth that’s built up over the years.
