Plus Industries

Plus Industries is located over at H-114 in the MIDC area of Ambad. It’s a typical industrial plot, nothing too fancy from the outside. We’ve got a big shed where most of the work happens and a small office space for the administrative stuff. The MIDC Ambad area is always busy, especially during shift changes when everyone is on the move. Inside our place, it’s usually quite noisy because of the machines running, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. We mostly spend our days checking on production and making sure the supplies haven't run out. It’s a lot of physical work and standing on your feet for hours. The office has an old air conditioner that rattles a bit, but it keeps us cool enough when we’re doing the books. We don't have any big corporate signs or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find someone to talk to. Usually, there’s a lot of metal components lying around in crates waiting to be moved. We drink a lot of chai during the afternoon break to keep going. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to do a solid job every day without any drama or unnecessary fluff. We focus on the work and getting home to our families.
