Setubandhan - B & K Developers Llp is situated over in Tidke Colony. Our specific spot is Plot No 2A, Sr No 1024/1/3A, and we are quite close to the Ved Mandir in Nashik. It is a nice landmark to have because everyone knows where the temple is. The area is fairly peaceful compared to the main highway, which helps when we are trying to focus on our project designs. We are a small team of developers and we spend most of our time between this office and various construction sites around the colony and beyond. There is nothing very formal about how we work. Our desks are usually cluttered with site photos, half-eaten snacks, and measuring tapes. We took on the name Setubandhan because it felt right for the kind of building work we do, connecting different parts of a project together. The Nashik weather is usually on our side, but we still have those days where everything seems to go wrong at once on a site. We do not have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most people just find us because they live nearby or saw our board near the Ved Mandir. It is a straightforward business where we focus on the practical side of construction. We are just local people who know the soil and the streets here, trying to do decent work that doesn't fall apart after a few years.
