Scitech Specialities has been around for a while now, tucked away in the Stice Industrial Estate in Malegaon Sinnar. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but we just keep our heads down and get on with the work. Being out here in Musalgaon means things are a bit quieter than the big city, but we like it that way because it gives us the room we need. Most of the people working here are locals who have been with us through many changes. We deal with some technical stuff, mostly formulations and specialized bits, but we aren't fancy people. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of papers and samples. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road gets dusty when the trucks pass by, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We started with just a couple of machines and slowly added more as we figured things out. It hasn’t always been easy staying afloat with all the regulations and paperwork, but we manage somehow. People know where to find us on A-3 if they need something specific. We don’t spend much time on fancy websites or advertisements. Instead, we just focus on making sure the batches come out right and that our neighbors are doing okay. It’s a bit of a trek to get here from the main town, but we’ve made a decent home for the business here over the years.
