We are based in Yeola, and our official mail goes to Post Office Box 28. Our actual workplace is near Kala Maududi Road. It’s an older building that has been around for a long time. The walls have a few water stains and the front door squeaks every time someone walks in. We run a chemical lab here. It’s not a high-tech facility you’d see in a movie. It’s more about basic testing and small batches of production. There are shelves everywhere filled with jars and plastic containers. Most of our day is spent at the benches, working with different solutions. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we usually tidy up ourselves at the end of the shift. The lighting isn't the best, but we have some desk lamps that help. Yeola is a steady place to work, though it gets quite hot and dusty in the summer months. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to finish the day's testing and make sure the records are updated in our ledgers. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, and the papers pile up. It’s just a few of us scientists and assistants doing what we know how to do. We don't do anything fancy like social media. We just stay here and work on our chemicals.
