Aishvarya Engg. Works

Down at Plot No. 137 in the New Industrial Area No. II, that’s where you’ll find Aishvarya Engg. Works. It is a noisy place, mostly because of the machines running all day. We have a big shed where most of the work happens. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we have some big fans that help a little bit. We don't have a carpeted office or air conditioning like the folks downtown. Our floors are concrete and usually have some grease marks on them. That’s just the nature of engineering work. We started this place with a couple of used machines and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more pieces of equipment, but we still work the same way. We don't use fancy titles here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. My brother handles the books and I stay out on the floor mostly. We wear work boots and rugged clothes because anything else would get ruined in a day. It is a straightforward business. We take in projects, work on them until they are done, and then move on to the next one. We don't have a website with professional photos. If you want to see what we do, you just have to come by the plot and look. We aren't much for talking, we just like to keep the machines humming. There’s always a pile of scrap metal out back that we clear out once a month. It is hard work, but we are used to the grind. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders.
