SAPTASHRUNGI REALBUILD LLP

Saptashrungi Realbuild LLP is based out of Babubhai House, up on the fifth floor in Room 501. We are located in Kulkarni Colony, right off Sharanpur Road. It’s a decent area with a lot of history and we enjoy being part of the community here. Our office isn't anything too special, just a place where we sit down and figure out our construction and building plans. We have a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around most of the time. We work on real estate and building projects around the city. It's a lot of coordination with workers and suppliers, which keeps us pretty busy. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just us answering the phones and heading out to check on sites. We like being on Sharanpur Road because it's easy for people to find us. The building, Babubhai House, has been around for a while and has a solid feel to it, much like the work we try to do. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs to be built and we find a way to make it happen. Every day brings a different challenge, whether it’s a delay in materials or just the weather, but we stick with it until the job is finished. It’s just how we operate. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work through the long afternoon hours.
