SAHYADRI REALTY AND INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Soygaon in Malegaon. Our office is near the Shivaji Putala in Putala Lane, in the old gavthan area. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history and narrow lanes. We are local people and we have been around this area for a long time. Our work involves a lot of realty and infrastructure projects around Malegaon. It is a lot of outdoor work, so we are often covered in dust or dealing with the heat. We don't have a big corporate setup. Our office is simple and it’s where we meet with people to talk about land or building plans. Things move a bit slower here than in the big cities, but we still have plenty to do. We deal with the usual problems of construction, like finding good workers and making sure materials are of decent quality. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes we hit delays because of the weather or other local issues, but we just deal with it. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we just want to keep building things that are useful for everyone. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life. We just stay focused on our projects and take things one day at a time.
