We are over here at Flat No. 4 in the Supadma Apartment building, right on Bytco Factory Road. If you know Nashik Road, you probably know where we are. Sahej Builders And Developers Llp is basically just a small group of us working out of this office. We started doing construction stuff around Nashik a while back because there was a lot of work needed in the neighborhood. It’s not a big fancy setup or anything. Most days we are out at sites or sitting here going over papers and trying to keep everything moving. Building things takes a lot of time and patience. We deal with the usual paperwork, getting materials delivered, and making sure the guys on site know what the plan is for the day. Sometimes things go smooth, other times there are delays with rain or getting supplies, but that’s just how this business works. People come by the office to ask about projects or just to see how things are progressing. It gets a bit noisy around here sometimes with the traffic from Bytco Factory Road, but we like being in this part of town. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure the structures are solid enough for people to actually live in. There is always a lot to do, from checking the foundations to finishing up the interiors. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the jobs done right here in Nashik.
