Roongta Builders Llp is located at Shop No. 05 in Ashirwad Appt, right on Pethe Nagar Road in Indira Nagar. Nashik is growing fast, and we’re just a small part of that growth. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our building projects. We’ve got desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps of the local area. Most of our day is spent making sure the guys at the sites have what they need. It gets a bit loud sometimes when we’re all in the office at once, but we manage. Being in 422009 makes it easy for us to get around the city. We don't really have a big corporate structure; it's more about everyone pitching in where they can. Sometimes we’re behind on the filing, and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that's just life in a builder's office. We like being in Indira Nagar because it’s a good community and people know who we are. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just want to get the structures up and move on to the next one. It’s hard work, and the sun in Nashik can be brutal when we’re out on-site, but we’ve been doing this for a while. It’s just what we do every day without much fuss or any fancy business talk. We just keep our heads down.
