Rakasheth Mali Builders Llp operates out of Shop No 2 and 3 at M. J. Avenue. You can find us right across the way from Sanjivan Hospital in the Saptshrungi Colony area, just off the main Gangapur Road. We joined two shops together to give us enough space to spread out our site drawings and meet with the guys. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the hospital traffic, but it keeps the day interesting. The office usually smells like tea and paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to make sure everything is lined up for the next morning. Gangapur Road is a big area, so we are constantly moving between the shop and whatever project is currently under way. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy suit or any of those polished office features. Usually, you’ll just find one of us at a desk covered in notes and old coffee cups. A lot of dust comes in from the road, so we are always dusting things off. Saptshrungi Colony is a nice place to be based. Most of the people around here are regulars, and we recognize the faces passing by the window every afternoon. Our work isn't flashy, just building and planning as best we can. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up, but we just keep at it. It’s a practical business, and we like it that way.
