POKAR PAJWANI BUILDCON LLP

Our office, Pokar Pajwani Buildcon LLP, is at F112 in Sarda Sankul. We are right near the Panchvati Hotel on M. G. Road. It’s a central spot, so there’s always a lot of noise and people moving about outside. We’ve been in the building business for a good bit now. It’s mostly just us coordinating different projects and making sure the sites have what they need. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We’re just a local outfit. Most days are spent on the phone or sitting at the desk going over figures. M. G. Road is a busy place to be, and it keeps us on our toes. We like being close to the hotel because it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. Construction can be a messy business, and we deal with all the usual headaches like rain delays or material shortages. We don’t try to sugarcoat it. We just do the work as best as we can. Our team is small, and we’ve known each other a long time. It makes working together easier. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big corporate slogans. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what’s going on with their projects. It’s an honest way to run a business. We stay focused on the work we have in front of us.
