We have been working out of our office in Shree Ganesh Valley for some time now. Nashik is where we started, specifically near Sinnar Phata. It's a busy area, but we like it here at Office No. F-5. Managing projects takes up most of our day. We deal with lots of plans and site work. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or supplies get delayed. People usually find us through word of mouth. We mostly keep our heads down and focus on what’s in front of us. The paperwork at the desk takes as much time as the actual building part sometimes. We have a small crew that knows the drill. Mostly, it's about getting things done so we can move to the next thing. We started with just a small desk and a phone years ago. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the real work happens on-site or over the phone. If you're looking for us, we are right there in the valley. It’s a straightforward setup. No fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of maps. We've seen Nashik change a lot over the years. Sinnar Phata has gotten way more crowded than it used to be. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to wait. But that's just how it goes. We just keep showing up every morning and doing the job.
