Our office is over at Divine Tej App in Thattenagar, specifically in units 401 and 402. It’s a good spot right near the Croma showroom, which makes it easy to explain to anyone trying to find us. We’ve been operating as Peacock Buildcon for some time now, focusing on construction and building work around this part of the city. The team here is small, mostly just a few of us who handle the day-to-day stuff like planning and keeping track of materials. It gets quite busy on Plot No 34 36/B, especially when we have several things moving at once. We aren’t really into the flashy side of business; we just prefer to keep our heads down and work on the builds. Thattenagar has a lot of energy, and being in this office building puts us right in the middle of it. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but the view from the fourth floor is decent. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the schedules for the week. It’s not a complicated operation, just honest building work. We know the local area well and try to make sure our projects fit in with what’s already here. Most people who work with us are from nearby. It’s a regular office life for us, dealing with the usual stresses of construction but keeping things moving forward. If you pass by the Croma, you’re basically there. It is what it is.
